Affiliates program
Become a member of our Affiliate Network, and offer your visitors the best race packages available. The program is free and easy to join and you'll earn a 8% commission on every sale generated from your website.

Who can participate?
If you are a website owner and would like to sell formula 1 tour packages, you may submit an application; provided that your website does not contain content that could be classified as defamatory, harassing, harmful, obscene, racially objectionable, unlawful or otherwise violate intellectual property rights. We will evaluate your application in good faith and will notify you within five business days if you have been accepted into our Affiliate Program.

How does the program work?
As an Affiliate you simply place links to formulatours.com on your web website. Each time a visitor clicks from your website to formulatours.com to purchase tour packages, you earn a commission. We are responsible for all aspects of order processing and fulfillment. We prepare order forms, process payments and cancellations and handle customer service. We also track sales generated from your website and make your sales activity report available to you.

How can I sell Formula 1 tours on my website?
Once you have registered and your application has been approved you will receive a Unique Affiliate ID. You can then place one or more links to Formula Tours on your website. To allow us to accurately track and calculate your commission, you must make sure that ALL your links, regardless where they are directed, are accurate and ALWAYS include your Unique Affiliate ID. It is your responsibility to make sure that your links are accurate and include your ID.

How do I place Formula Tours links on my website?
You have the option to place a text or a graphic link on your website. Formula Tours banners can be found on the "Banners" page in the Affiliate Center. You can present the Formula Tours image on your website, linking them to any of the pages available.

Our Affiliate Center
The affiliate Center is a login secured section of our website from where you will be able to change your account information, get our banners and some detailed information on how to place Formula Tours links on your website. Also, you will find some statistics of the links placed in your website such as: the number of clicks, the number of sales, total sales amount and your total amount of commissions.

How do orders from affiliate websites get processed?
When a customer visits any of the pages on the Formula Tours website by clicking on a link on your website, the Unique Affiliate ID follows the customer as he/she browses through their visits on the Formula Tours website. Any order made by this customer on the Formula Tours website will therefore include your Unique Affiliate ID. You member affiliate ID will then appear on any purchase made by this customer. With the cookie technology, it will allow us to follow for a period of up to 6 month, the origin link of the visitor when he buys a Formula Tours package.

How are commissions calculated?
You will receive a commission of 8% on all Formula 1 package orders made on our website, which were referred through your website. This includes the tour package (number of participants, extra nights and supplement for a single person in a double room). You will not receive commission on airline tickets, optional insurance purchases and delivery charges.

How does an affiliate receive commission?
You can request your commission fees whenever you feel to. In your Affiliate Center, you will see a button "Request my commissions". Just click on it and we will send your commissions by check. Simple as that!

The inaugural Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix was a huge success and was enjoyed by countless millions of people the world over watching on TV. Importantly the race was also a big success within the world of Formula 1 with everyone experiencing the friendliness and hospitality of the Bahraini people. For one weekend, Bahrain became the focal point of the sporting world and as a result the race and the interest that it created demonstrated clearly to people and international businesses that Bahrain is “open for business”. In 2004 the Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix was recognized for its organizational capabilities with the award of the FIA Race Promoters’ Trophy. This award was made at the FIA Gala Awards in Monte Carlo and was given to Bahrain for the organization of the best Grand Prix in 2004.

After the long winters, Montreal wakens to a series of festivals and the Canadian Grand Prix, the night life starts, and ends in the early hours of the morning, with music, wine, and excellent food in its wide choice of restaurants. The cosmopolitan tradition of Montreal welcomes visitors from around the world. The F1 tradition, and an important native son, Gilles Villeneuve, after whom the track was named are very important to the city. The track is complex, with slow and fast corners, making very strong demands on the engines and other systems of the F1 cars, and all this on a man-made island made in 1967 in the middle of the St Lawrence River on the occasion of Expo ’67.
